# Register your rental property: dates for every region

> PRS database registration dates for all 9 regions of England: when registration opens, each deadline, and links to every region guide and the postcode checker.

Registration on the PRS database opens on 15 December 2026, one region at a time, and each region has a three-month window. The deadline follows where the property is, not where you live.
